A senior engineer sits with the people who do the work, maps the process and the systems it touches, and leaves you with a written scope, a design and a fixed price. If configuration or a Power App would do the job, we tell you here.
You approve a price for a defined build, not an hourly rate. Larger projects are phased, so the first useful version ships early and earns its keep.
Every sprint ends in a working demo on your data. Our engineers use AI for the repetitive build work; every AI output is reviewed, every commit is tested, and a person owns every line. The engineer in your scoping meeting is the one building it.
We deploy into your Azure subscription, hand over the source code and documentation, and train your team. Support is a monthly arrangement you can start or stop.
The Business Central timesheet app went live 12–14 weeks after we started, at a fixed price. Read the case study: Business Central timesheet app

In computer and math jobs, AI could take on 94% of tasks, yet real-world use covers only 33% of them (Anthropic, March 2026). One senior Microsoft engineer works directly with your team, remotely, and closes that gap in weeks.

Deal Desk 365 and Job Margin 365 extend Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service and are listed on Microsoft AppSource, so we know the platform from the inside.
“We needed a timesheet application that integrated into our Microsoft Business Central environment. Craftware has built us a solution on time and on budget. We are very happy with the outcome.”
“Our billing process is very time-consuming, we struggled to bill every two weeks. Craftware designed a web application for us that now allows us to complete billing in a few days.”

Every build has a fixed price you approve before work starts. Our published starting prices are $5,000 for a one-way integration between two systems, $15,000 for a one-workflow mobile app pilot and $30,000 for a full field app. Custom software and AI projects start with one to two weeks of fixed-fee scoping, which ends in a fixed price for the build.
No. Scoping is a fixed fee, and the build is quoted as a fixed price for a defined scope, so you know the cost before you commit. Larger projects are delivered in phases, each priced before it starts. The scoping fee for an integration ($1,500) or a mobile app ($2,500) is credited in full if you go on to build with us.
A one-way integration is usually live in two to four weeks, and a mobile app pilot in four to six. Larger projects start with one to two weeks of scoping. After that, a focused internal tool takes four to eight weeks to build and a departmental system three to six months, delivered in phases so a working version is in use long before the full build is done.
Remotely, with companies across the U.S., during U.S. business hours. You work directly with a senior engineer in your own meetings and systems, and the engineer in your scoping meeting is the one who builds the software. Our home base is Sugar Land, Texas.
We hand over the source code and documentation and train your team. The software runs in your own Azure subscription and belongs to you, so you can take it to another team at any time. Support is optional and monthly: integration monitoring starts at $500 a month and mobile app support at $750, and you can start or stop either one.
Microsoft is our specialty, not a limit. We are a Microsoft Partner, and most of what we build runs on Azure and connects to Dynamics 365 or Business Central. We also build front ends in React, Angular and TypeScript, integrate with systems from any vendor, and work on AWS when a client asks.
In two ways. We build AI into your business, such as agents and copilots that work with your Dynamics 365 and Azure data. And our engineers use AI for the repetitive parts of every build: every AI output is reviewed, every commit is tested, and a person owns every line.
